Return or replacement

The size of the glasses is not the right one, or the product does not satisfy you at all?

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request, within 30 days after delivery, return or replacement of the purchased products.

Once we have received the products to replace, and we have verified the integrity, we will refund the full amount of the products or replace products purchased with others chosen by you. You will have just pay some differences of the amount for the replaced products.

For Italy the customer doesn’t’ have to pay the shipping costs to replace the item, while outside Italy the costs are charged to the customer.

The free replacement of the glasses is only applied once per order and only for glasses, for any further requests for the replacement the costs are charged to the customer.

For the return the costs are charged to the customer and will only be refunded the cost of products purchased, excluding delivery costs and the costs of cash on delivery.

To make a return or exchange just follow these instructions:
 

Returns Policy

A refund or free replacement is only valid for sunglasses, eyeglasses and snow glasses (the free replacement is valid only for Italy) 

Products must be intact and in the same conditions in which you received them. 

Products must be in their original packaging with certificates of conformity or other documentation 

 

Procedure

Contact us 

  • Contact our customer service or send an email to ecommerce@vistaexpert.it requiring the return or replacement indicating the number of your purchasing order. 
  • You will receive an email containing the code of RETURN / REPLACEMENT and the booking date of the withdrawal. 
Preparation of the pack 
  • Prepare the package for shipment by inserting in it a copy of the email with the return code assigned.
Withdrawal of the pack 
  • The address for the withdrawal is the one that you have provided in the order. After receiving and verifying your return, we will refund the amount or replace products. 
  • If at least one of the products bought is a pair of glasses costs of withdrawal and return of products are free (valid only for Italy) 

Reimbursement

The refund will be made through the payment method chosen when you made order.

In case of purchase by cash on delivery you can choose the type of payment for reimbursement.

Refunds will be made within 6 working days of the return of the product.

The costs of cash on delivery and the cost of delivery are not refunded. 

 

Replacement

Once we have received the products to replace we will send you an e-mail with a summary of the products replaced and an indication of the delivery time.

The purchases on our site are based on the Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999 and Legislative Decree n. 50 of 15/01/1992, dictated in respect of distance contracts.
