Return and replacement
The size of the glasses is not the right one, or the product does not satisfy you at all?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request the return or replacement of the purchased products within
30 days of delivery . Once we have received the products to be returned or replaced, and verified their integrity, we will refund or replace the purchased products with others chosen by you, paying only any differences in the amount for the replaced products.
Return shipping costs are borne by Meeting srl for orders shipped to Italy, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Austria, Spain and the United States.
The refund will be made by crediting in the same manner in which the purchase was made, and Meeting srl will notify the customer via email.
Meeting srl will check if the returned products are actually in their original conditions; if the products returned by the customer are damaged, without the guarantee seal, incomplete, deteriorated and / or dirty, they will be returned and not refunded.
Returns conditions
- Free returns and exchanges are valid only for sunglasses, optical frames and ski goggles.
- The products must be intact and in the same condition in which you received them.
- The products must be in their original packaging with certificates of conformity or other documentation inside.

Reimbursement
The refund will be made through the payment method chosen at the time of the order.
In case of cash on delivery you can choose the payment method for the refund.
Refunds will be made within 6 working days following the return of the product. Cash on delivery costs
are excluded from reimbursement.
Replacement
Once we have received the products to be replaced, we will send you an e-mail with a summary of the replaced products and an indication of the delivery times.
